Salon Etiquette


We understand that Cancellations and changes in scheduling are sometimes necessary. We ask that you give us 24hrs advance notice upon cancellation.  Arriving late will limit the time for your service so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Because of safety regulations, the protection of your children, and the respect of the other guests, children are allowed in the Spa & Salon by appointment only and must be supervised at all times.


We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover

Gratuities are not included in the price of service and should always be a matter of choice. Gratuity envelopes are available at our front desk for your convenience. We are sorry, but we cannot accept gratuities on credit or debit cards.

Salon Guarantee

We will gladly return or exchange *merchandise purchased at The Strand Salon and Spa within 30 days of purchase with valid receipt. Credit will be applied in the original form of payment. Purchases made by check require a 10 day clearing process. Gift Cards are non-refundable; any credit will be applied to your gift card balance. *Cosmetics are non-returnable*

The Strand guarantees each and every service. If you are dissatisfied with your service or experience at the Salon, we encourage you to let management know as soon as possible. Your concerns will be promptly addressed. Our policy is to allow 2 weeks to have another service (same nature) performed to make any corrections.
